2026 Renewals are being mailed May 4, 2026 to your mailing address on file at the office. If you do not received your renewal application within two (2) weeks from mailing, go to our web page listed above and under the tab, Licensing, all of the renewal forms are listed. All renewals are due in the office on or before July 1, 2026. If they come into the office postmarked after July 1, you will be charged a $190.00 late fee before we will process your renewal application.
