2027 - Rule update for comment

The Board has filed 6CSR1 - Series 1 Rule with the Secretary of State's office for the 2027 Legislative session for public comment.  The comment period will run from 

today, June 15, 2026 until noon, July 16, 2026.  Only written comments will be accepted, mailed to the office at 179 Summers Street, Suite 319, Charleston, WV 25301.  CLICK HERE to view the Rule.
