Licensee logs into the portal from your website
Licensee navigates to the Licenses section where they see their license and click on it.
License details will show any available renewal options - must be within 3 months before license and must not be lapsed
Click renew license
Review their establishment or individual information
Answer questions
Signature
Credit Card Payment
Adds a charge for renewal to their account in WVLicense
Adds a payment for the charge to their account in WVLicense
Logs a renewal event for their license
Extends their license expiration date 2 years
Bounce back to site to see license renewed
